DMCA Policy

Effective Date: October 1, 2025

DP App Works India ("we", "us", "our", or the "Site") respects the intellectual property rights of others. This page outlines our policy and procedures for responding to claims of copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). This document does not constitute legal advice.

1. Notice of Copyright Infringement (Takedown Notice)

If you believe in good faith that content on our Site infringes your copyright or someone you represent, please submit a DMCA Notice including the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work(s).
  • Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including specific URLs or locations.
  • Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorized.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are authorized.
  • A statement consenting to U.S. federal court jurisdiction (or accepting service if outside the U.S.).

Send your DMCA Notice to our designated copyright agent via: dpappworks@gmail.com

2. Our Response

Upon receiving a valid DMCA Notice, we will:

  • Promptly remove or disable access to the infringing content.
  • Notify the user who posted it, and provide a copy of the notice.
  • Allow the user to submit a counter-notice (see Section 3).
  • Restore content within 10–14 business days if a valid counter-notice is received and no legal action is filed.

3. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice including:

  • Your signature.
  • Identification and location of removed material.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was in error.
  • Your contact information.
  • Consent to U.S. federal court jurisdiction or service acceptance if outside the U.S.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we’ll forward it to the original claimant. Content may be restored if legal action isn’t filed in 10–14 business days.

4. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights. In some cases, this may happen without prior notice.

5. No Guarantee & Legal Liability

This policy does not limit our rights to remove content at our discretion. Copyright owners may pursue other legal actions. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly submits a false DMCA Notice or counter-notice may be liable for damages.
